1. Acceptance
By accessing https://skylinecompounds.com (the “Site”) or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Age & Intended Use policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Research Use Only; no human or animal use
All products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) — for laboratory and research use only. Products are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You represent that you will not use products for human or animal administration and will not solicit instructions for such use.
We may refuse, cancel, or reverse orders and suspend accounts if we reasonably believe products may be diverted to human or animal use or if you request dosing/administration guidance.
3. Not a pharmacy or medical provider
Skyline Compounds is not a compounding pharmacy, licensed pharmacy, medical practice, or telehealth provider. We do not create patient-specific compounds, write prescriptions, or provide medical advice.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. You must complete any age and intended-use attestation presented on the Site. Providing false attestation is grounds for cancellation and ban.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for policy violations, fraud risk, or abusive conduct.
6. Products, specifications, and availability
Product descriptions, CAS numbers, and specifications are provided for catalog identification. Analytical values may be lot-dependent. Where certificates of analysis are available, they govern lot-specific data. We do not warrant suitability for any particular research protocol.
Availability, lead times, and packaging may change without notice. We may limit quantities.
7. Prohibited catalog expectations
We do not sell bacteriostatic water, reconstitution kits, syringes, needles, or injection supplies. Requests that we bundle or recommend such items for administration purposes may be denied.
8. Pricing and payment
Prices are stated at checkout and may change. You authorize the selected payment method for the order total. Certain payment methods (including bank debit / eCheck) may have different settlement and return rules disclosed at checkout.
You agree not to file abusive chargebacks for orders correctly delivered per these Terms; disputes should contact support first when appropriate.
9. Shipping and title
Risk of loss passes according to the shipping terms stated at checkout or in order confirmation. Provide accurate shipping data. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs seizures (if applicable), or failed delivery due to incorrect addresses supplied by you.
PO Boxes may be restricted for certain carriers/methods.
10. Order review and cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: suspected policy violation, fraud, export/sanctions concerns, inventory errors, pricing errors, or incomplete attestation.
If you include order notes requesting human-use, dosing, or administration guidance, we may cancel the order and restrict your account.
11. Returns
Returns are governed by the Refund Policy. Opened research materials may be non-returnable for safety and quality reasons except where required by law.
12. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Site
- Scrape the Site in a manner that degrades service
- Submit malware or abusive content
- Misrepresent identity, age, or intended use
- Resell products labeled as consumer drugs or with human-use claims
13. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and logos are owned by us or licensors. You may not copy catalog content for deceptive storefronts.
14. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Fulfillment partners receive only data required to ship orders; we apply sanitization rules that omit unnecessary contact fields where feasible.
15. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that products will meet your research requirements or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [OPERATING LLC] AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; rights may vary.
17. Indemnification

You represent that you are not a prohibited party under applicable sanctions laws and will not export products contrary to U.S. law.
